Institute of Modern Spanish suggests that students answer the following questions before departing for the Yucatan.
What are your goals for language learning? What level do you consider you are currently? (Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate,etc.) Why did you decide to study in Merida, Yucatan? Have you studied in an immersion setting on a prior occasion?
